If you’re adding a drinks package, unlimited beverages from within the selected tier are included for 3 hours from the start of your event. Anything beyond that is billed on consumption, with RSA enforced throughout the evening.

Confirming a booking requires a $300 holding deposit, paid once availability has been established. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so the deposit is what locks in your date. Final guest numbers must be submitted to us at least 24 hours before the event; any reduction below the confirmed headcount after that point will be charged at the per-guest food portion rate. Should you need to cancel, doing so with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full deposit being forfeited.

Between 10 and 140 guests can be accommodated, with layout options for both seated dining and standing cocktail-style events. Reserving the private room doesn’t incur an additional fee; the requirement is to meet a minimum spend that varies by day and time of booking. Food and beverages together count toward this figure. If the minimum isn’t met on the day, a room hire fee applies instead.

Metered street parking is available along Norton Street and throughout the surrounding side streets in Leichhardt. Worth flagging to your guests: parking on Norton Street is free after 7 pm, which works well for most evening functions. Letting attendees know ahead of time makes for smoother arrivals, especially for larger groups.

The venue handles seated team dinners, client lunches, and cocktail-format events equally well, and shared Italian menus are a natural fit for groups with varied dietary preferences. A projector is available for presentations when needed. Send through your event date, preferred format, guest numbers, and any AV or layout requirements, and our event organiser will put together a package to match your requirements.

Bringing a cake is absolutely fine; a cakeage fee of $3 per person applies. Personalising the space with your own decorations is also welcome; banners, balloons, centrepieces, and signage can all come in without issue, as there’s no restrictive décor policy in place. The only restriction applies to BYO food and beverages other than the cake; all other food and drinks must be ordered from our menus.
