Securing your booking requires a $300 holding deposit, paid once availability has been confirmed. All bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning the deposit is what actually locks in your date. Final guest numbers must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event; any headcount reduction after that point will be charged at the food portion per missing guest. For cancellations, less than 48 hours’ notice results in forfeiture of the full holding deposit.

The private dining space accommodates between 10 and 140 guests. Layout options include seated sit-down dining and a standing cocktail-style arrangement, depending on the format your event calls for. Reserving the private room incurs no additional fee; you’re required to meet a minimum spend that varies by day and time of your booking. Food and drinks together count toward that figure, and if it isn’t reached on the day, a room hire fee applies instead.

A cake from outside is perfectly welcome; a cakeage fee of $3 per person applies. Personalising the space is also encouraged: banners, balloons, table centrepieces, and signage are all fine to bring in, as there’s no restrictive décor policy in place here. The boundary sits with BYO food and beverages beyond the cake; everything else on the table needs to come from our function menus.

Every package centres on shared Italian menus, with optional drink additions to suit your group’s preferences. Dishes are pre-selected before the event and then served as shared plates across the table on the day, no individual plating, very much in the Italian tradition. Menus reflect seasonal availability and act as a guide, so minor adjustments may occur; we’re always open to discussing specific requests in advance. Where an unlimited drinks package is added, it covers only the beverages listed in that tier for 3 hours from the event’s start time. Everything else is charged on consumption, and RSA laws apply throughout.
